Assist with the documentation of hazardous materials and fluids that arrive from the field.\nNon-Essential Duties: Performs other duties as assigned.\nAll employees shall be in compliance with the Archrock Health Safety and Environmental Policy and local, statutory and/or regulatory requirements at all times.\n Skills and Abilities:\nAbility to:\n- Perform all assigned duties.\n- Work effectively under time-sensitive deadlines.\n- Operate a forklift as needed to move materials and/or equipment.\n- Comply with all applicable safety and environmental policies and procedures.\n- Read, write, speak and understand English and/or fully understand daily work instructions (operating and safety procedures).\n- Basic math and computer skills with ability to use Excel, Word and Oracle.\nKnowledge:\n- Basic knowledge of preservation procedure relative to gas compressor equipment preservation and inspection.\n- Knowledge of relevant HSE procedures and regulations.\n- Knowledge of basic hand and mechanic tools.\n- General mechanical knowledge.\nMinimum Education and Certification:\n- High school diploma or equivalent.\n- Valid driver license.\n- Must provide own basic hand tools.\nMinimum Experience:\n- Typically 0-1 year related mechanical experience and/or training.\nLeadership:\n- May serve as a resource to others with less experience.\nPhysical Demands: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions)\n- Must be fit for duty for the job tasks being performed.\n- Must meet the medical requirements necessary to wear PPE (includes respiratory protection medical requirements) as required by role.\n- Frequently required to display good manual dexterity and to reach with hands and arms.\n- Constantly required to talk and hear.\n- Frequently required to sit while driving or using a PC.\n- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, and twist with good balance.\n- Occasionally required to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds and to push and pull up to 110 pounds.\n- Occasionally required to carry at least 40 pounds with one hand for at least 10 feet.\n- Occasionally required to crawl, climb in and around equipment, stairs and vertical ladders.\n- Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.\nProblem Solving and Innovation:\n- Problems vary but can usually be identified easily\n- Implements solutions to problems either of limited scope, low complexity or with precedents\n- Performs work using established examples / procedures as a guide\n- Identifies opportunities and provides ideas, methods and innovations to enhance teamwork, efficiency and quality\nImpact:\n- Actions and decisions impact operational results in work group or project team.\nThis job description is a summary of essential job functions.
