This role manages reservations, seating flow, and guest communication to ensure an organized and elevated dining experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nGreet members and guests promptly with a friendly, professional demeanor\nManage reservations and seating using reservation systems\nMaintain accurate wait times and communicate delays clearly\nEscort guests to tables and present menus when appropriate\nCoordinate table rotation and seating flow with servers and management\nAnswer phone calls, assist with inquiries, and take reservations\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area\nAssist with special events, large parties, and member functions\nHandle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary\nQualifications\nPrevious hospitality or customer service experience preferred\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment\nProfessional appearance and positive attitude\nBasic knowledge of reservation systems (or willingness to learn)\nAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and walk for
