This position plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience for members and guests through attentive service, teamwork, and professionalism in both dining and banquet settings.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals ages 17 and older looking to gain experience in hospitality, events, and club service.\nEssential Responsibilities\nDining & Service Support\nAssist servers and banquet captains with food and beverage service\nSet and clear tables quickly and professionally\nRefill water, beverages, bread, and service items as needed\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, patios, banquet spaces, and service stations\nPolish glassware, silverware, and other service equipment\nReset tables according to club standards\nBanquet & Event Support\nAssist with banquet room setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, linens, and décor\nDeliver food and beverages during events in a timely and professional manner\nSupport weddings, tournaments, member events, holiday brunches, and private functions\nFollow event timelines and banquet service instructions\nHelp maintain a clean and safe event environment throughout functions\nTeam & Member Service\nProvide friendly, courteous, and professional service to all members and guests\nWork collaboratively with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and supervisors\nRespond promptly to member requests and communicate needs to leadership\nUphold the club’s standards of hospitality, appearance, and professionalism\nQualifications\nMust be at least 17 years old\nMust attain Serv Safe Food Handlers Certification Upon Acceptance of Job Offer.\nPositive attitude and strong work ethic\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods\nAbility to lift and carry trays, chairs, and banquet equipment as needed\nWeekend, evening, and holiday availability required\nPrevious restaurant or banquet experience preferred, but not required\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand for long periods of time\nFrequent walking, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds\nAbility to work indoors and outdoors during seasonal events\nSchedule & Availability\nFlexible scheduling available, including:\nEvenings\nWeekends\nHolidays\nSeasonal and special events\nWhat We Offer\nFun, team-oriented work environment\nFlexible scheduling for students and part-time employees\nOpportunity to gain hospitality and event experience\nEmployee meals during shifts (if applicable)\nOpportunities for growth within the club\nPay Range: $12.14 -
