We design, build and manage custom production software for enterprises across the US, UAE and India, in manufacturing, mining, pharma, education, hospitality and contact centres. We also build AI products including ProSchool.ai, Haire.ai and BPObox. Most of our client relationships are long-term development and managed-services engagements, so account management is central to how we grow.\n\nThe Role\nYou'll own a portfolio of custom software development accounts end to end. You'll understand what each client needs, translate it into clear requirements for our development team, and make sure it's delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction.\n\nOn your accounts, you act as the product owner. You lead the discovery calls, own the requirements through the full development lifecycle, and keep the client and the engineering team aligned at every stage.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nDiscovery & requirements: Run discovery calls with clients to understand their business, workflows and goals. Turn these into clear, prioritised requirements for the development team.\nProduct ownership: Own the requirements on your accounts from kickoff to go-live and beyond. This includes clarifying scope, prioritising the backlog, managing change requests, and reviewing deliveries against what the client asked for.\nDelivery coordination: Work daily with PMs, developers, testers and tech leads so that what's built matches what's needed, and lands when it was promised.\nClient reporting: Send weekly and monthly progress reports to every client, on time, in clear business language.\nIssue handling: Acknowledge client issues immediately and log them in Zoho Desk. Update clients daily on open items and escalate early when anything stalls.\nProposals & SOWs: Turn client requirements into estimates, proposals and SOWs the same day, using our standard templates. You'll validate scope and resourcing with tech leads.\nAccount growth: Identify new phases, change requests and renewals inside your accounts, and bring in our sales team.\nNew account onboarding: Take over newly won accounts, confirm all project documents and contacts are in place, and start the reporting cycle.\nProcess improvement: Improve templates, workflows and response times, including through AI tools.\n\nWhat You Need\n4–6 years in account management, product ownership, business analysis, project management or delivery management on custom software development engagements. This should be at an IT services or software development company.\nHands-on experience running discovery or requirement-gathering sessions with clients and writing requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, scope documents.\nA proven track record of managing several client accounts at once through the full lifecycle: discovery, requirements, sprints, QA, UAT, deployment and support.\nSolid understanding of how custom software is scoped and delivered: scope, change requests, resourcing, timelines and dependencies.\nExcellent written and spoken English.
