We're particularly interested in candidates who have developed their procurement, supplier management or contract management expertise within the insurance sector, although we'll also consider candidates from the wider financial services industry.\nThis is a leadership role with responsibility for overseeing a team of specialists across supplier and contract management activities. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll drive supplier strategy, support governance activities and ensure we continue to maximise value across our supplier and partner network.\nIn this role, you'll:\nLead Arc's procurement and contract management function.\nDevelop and implement supplier strategies aligned to business objectives.\nOversee supplier sourcing, negotiations, contracting and onboarding activities.\nManage supplier performance and ensure service standards are achieved.\nLead, develop and support a team of procurement, supplier and contract management professionals.\nDrive continuous improvement across procurement and contract management processes.\nBuild strong relationships with key suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders.\nIdentify opportunities for cost savings, efficiencies and supplier optimisation.\nSupport governance, audit and regulatory requirements across the function.\nWe're looking for an experienced procurement or supplier management professional with proven people management experience, ideally gained within the insurance sector or wider financial services industry.
