Because at Arclin, our people are truly Vital Beyond Measure.\nAbout The Role:\nThe Global Trade & Compliance Analyst will lead the administration of the Global Trade Compliance Program through governance, reporting, analytics, duty optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with Regional Trade & Compliance Managers, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Logistics teams to enable compliant and cost-effective global trade operations.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nOversee and maintain the Global Trade Compliance Program, including policies, procedures, controls, and SOPs.\nDevelop and standardize compliance governance processes across all global regions.\nSupport internal audits, compliance assessments, and corrective action plans.\nOversee the company Duty Drawback Program and drive duty recovery opportunities.\nIdentify duty savings through FTAs, special trade programs, and tariff mitigation initiatives.\nMaintain global trade compliance KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations to support leadership reporting.\nAnalyze tariff impacts, duty exposure, and trade-related costs across regions and business units.\nDevelop executive summaries and business cases supporting sourcing and supply chain decisions.\nTrack compliance performance, audit findings, training completion, broker performance, and savings initiatives.\nSupport implementation and optimization of SAP and Global Trade Management systems.\nLead process improvement efforts focused on automation, efficiency, and risk reduction.\nPartner with Regional Trade & Compliance Managers to ensure consistent execution of global standards.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.\n3-5 years of experience in trade compliance, customs, logistics, supply chain, or international business.\nCustoms Broker License a plus but not required.\nStrong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills.\nExperience with SAP, Power BI, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.\nKnowledge of duty drawback, FTA programs, customs regulations, and global trade operations.\nProfessional certifications such as LCB, CCS, or CES are a
