Payout schedule listed below.\n· $500 after 90 days of successful service\n· $1,000 after 6 months of successful service\n· $1,500 after 1 year of successful service\nAbout the Role\nAs an Operator, you'll play a critical role in the first phase of our manufacturing process by accurately weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials to create high-quality products. Working alongside a three-person production team, you'll help ensure every batch meets quality standards while keeping production running safely and efficiently to meet customer demand.\nWhat You'll Do\nRead and interpret production orders to determine materials, quantities, and batch requirements.\n\nGather, organize, weigh, and measure raw materials according to product specifications.\n\nPrepare and operate the mixing equipment while monitoring temperatures and process conditions.\n\nEnter production data into the computer accurately throughout the mixing process.\n\nInspect materials and verify they meet quality specifications before and during production.\n\nMonitor batch temperatures and make sure products remain within established quality parameters.\n\nCollect product samples for laboratory testing and follow instructions for any required adjustments.\n\nTransfer approved batches to the next phase of production and coordinate with the Extruder Operator to maintain production flow.\n\nThoroughly clean and inspect equipment between batches to prevent contamination and ensure product quality.\n\nMaintain a safe, clean, and organized
