We’re looking for a dependable Packager Machine Operator to join our Pineville, LA team.\nIn this role, you’ll operate, set up, adjust, and troubleshoot packaging equipment to keep production safe, efficient, and moving. You’ll have the opportunity to build your equipment skills, learn new processes, and make a direct impact on the success of our manufacturing operation.\nIf you like working with your hands, figuring out how things work, and taking pride in keeping equipment running, we want to hear from you!\nWhat You’ll Do\nOperate and monitor packaging and filling equipment.\nSet up machines and perform changeovers for different tube sizes.\nMake machine adjustments to keep production running efficiently.\nTroubleshoot equipment issues and help resolve problems.\nEnsure the correct materials are loaded into the appropriate machines.\nClean and maintain equipment and your work area.\nLearn and maintain knowledge of our production and piping systems.\nIdentify opportunities to improve equipment, processes, and products.\nDevelop your skills across multiple levels of machine operation.\nWhat You Bring\nHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)\nMinimum of six (6) months of related experience/training in a manufacturing/production environment or equivalent combination of experience and education which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to do the job\nMechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.\nAbility to troubleshoot and solve problems.\nStrong attention to detail.\nDependability and a commitment to safety and quality.\nAbility to work as part of a team.\nManufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.\nReady to build your skills and be part of a team that keeps production moving?
