Because at Arclin, our people are trulyVital Beyond Measure.\nPayroll Analyst Job Responsibilities:\nPrepares, processes and maintains payroll calculations\nProcesses payroll distribution, direct deposit and Ad-hoc payroll inquiries\nLeads the resolution of Payroll related issues and obstacles, ensuring seamless execution of bi-weekly payroll processes. Resolves or escalates issues as needed\nRespond to payroll related inquiries from the payroll team, human resource professionals, and internal and external stakeholders/customers. Handle escalations as needed\nAssists with quarterly year-end reconciliations\nAssist with quarterly payroll tax payments\nAbility to work additional hours during high peak times to include year-end and implementation\nProcess all global payrolls weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and assist with multi-site & multi-state/country payroll runs as needed\nPayroll Analyst Job Qualifications:\n3-5 years’ experience in payroll/accounting\nSolid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices, supported by proven experience\nExperience compiling, analyzing and reviewing data.
