Determine areas requiring process improvements and coordinate efforts for achievement\nProvide technical advice on plant operations for troubleshooting and improvements.\nPrepare/review risk assessments, HAZOPs, PHA’s, MOC’s\nCollaborates on the preparation of engineering analysis of projects that includes preliminary design, detailed design, project cost analysis, life cycle cost analysis and equipment selection.\nLeads Corrective and Preventative Action documentation and response, including leading the site in the discipline of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Planning.\nProcess Engineer Job Requirements:\nB.S. in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering\n3+ years engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing facility. Will consider recent college graduates based on school program, internships, and GPA.\nOn-call for process related production issues and troubleshooting.\nAbility to work well with all levels of personnel throughout the facility.\nPreferred:\nExperience working with continuous and batch processes; Paper, Tissue, Non-Woven, Coating, Engineered Wood/Panels, Printing, or Chemical processes a plus.\nSix Sigma Green Belt or Black belt.\n*****Salary Range: $80k - $130K*****\nYou can find Arclin everywhere.
