If you are ready to join a team that values your growth and rewards your dedication, we want to hear from you.\nProduction Operator E Job Responsibilities:\nUnloads and loads raw materials and finished products following established procedures (tanker trailers, railcars, box trucks, and bulk trucks)\nOperates a forklift to load/unload raw materials (drums, totes, bags)\nCollaborates with management to meet the production and shipping schedule\nEnsures procedures are followed to be in compliance with all regulations and corporate requirements\nParticipates in the Joint Health and Safety Committee to facilitate safety improvements\nFollows all site rules and procedures as they apply to quality, health, safety, and the environment\nVisually monitors processes within their area of accountability and immediately informs the Lead Operator of any deviations or abnormalities\nWorks in close coordination with the Shift Supervisor to accomplish the tasks needed to safely and efficiently meet production and maintenance schedules across all processes\nCommunicates and confers with the Shift Superviosr as well as with Technical, Supervisory, and Support Personnel to resolve process conditions affecting safety, efficiency, and product quality\nResponds to process alarms and interlocks promptly and coordinates timely confirmation and corrective actions to resolve conditions generating the alarms and interlocks\nPerforms Quality Control checks to verify production quality.\nPerforms troubleshooting in the event of process deviations\nProduction Operator E Job Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma Required or GED.\nForklift experience a plus but must be able to become certified.\nAnalytical and mechanical mindset needed to be successful in this role.\nPrevious manufacturing experience a plus.\nMust be ok with following strict Health and Safety Guidelines and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).\nAbility to sit, stand walk and climb frequently working in elevated areas.\nWill lift an average of 50 lbs frequently.\nBasic computer skills required.\nDCS Distributed Control Systems experience a plus\nBasic math skills required including the use of a calculator.\nThe payrate for this position is $21.84/hour + $3.00 night shift differential.
