Because at Arclin, our people are truly Vital Beyond Measure.\nAbout the Role\nArclin is seeking a Sr. Manager, Infrastructure Engineering to lead the standards, governance, technical assurance, and continuous improvement of global infrastructure platforms. This leader will guide an internal team while also managing vendors and consultants.\nThe role provides oversight across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, hybrid infrastructure, enterprise networking, site connectivity, identity, endpoint platforms, and infrastructure supporting SAP S/4HANA / RISE. It partners closely with Infrastructure Operations and Cybersecurity to ensure solutions are secure, resilient, cost-effective, and ready for production support.\nWhat You Will Do\nEstablish global infrastructure standards, configuration baselines, reference patterns, lifecycle plans, and platform roadmaps.\nProvide technical governance across Microsoft 365, Azure, hybrid data center services, systems, identity, endpoint, backup, monitoring, and infrastructure supporting SAP S/4HANA / RISE.\nDefine engineering standards for SD-WAN, WAN, LAN, plant-floor connectivity, secure remote access, network segmentation, and site infrastructure.\nReview vendor and consultant designs, implementation plans, technical risks, and production-readiness materials; define acceptance criteria before deployment.\nLead advanced technical escalation and root-cause analysis, converting recurring operational issues into durable platform improvements.\nDrive standardization, simplification, technical debt reduction, lifecycle improvement, and selective internal automation.\nPartner with Cybersecurity to translate approved requirements into infrastructure standards, implementation patterns, and remediation plans.\nProvide technical governance for infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, business integrations, acquisitions, and site expansions.\nLead, mentor, and develop infrastructure engineers and platform owners while building strong partnerships across Operations, Cybersecurity, vendors, consultants, and business teams.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n 8+ years of progressive infrastructure experience, including 3+ years in engineering leadership, architecture, platform ownership, technical governance, or people leadership roles.\nStrong experience across multiple infrastructure domains, including Microsoft 365, Azure, hybrid infrastructure, enterprise networking, systems, identity and access management, endpoint management, monitoring, backup, or automation.\nDemonstrated experience establishing technical standards and governing vendor- or consultant-delivered infrastructure solutions.\nStrong understanding of operational readiness, high availability, disaster recovery, infrastructure security principles, documentation, monitoring, and production support requirements.\nExperience leading technical teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving infrastructure initiatives across multiple business functions.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, technical decision-making, and team leadership skills.\nPreferred Experience\nManufacturing, chemical, industrial, or process-industry experience.\n\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA / RISE, SD-WAN, plant-floor connectivity, secure remote access, global multi-site infrastructure, or operational technology and information technology convergence.\n\nExperience leading infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, standardization, or acquisition integration initiatives.\n\nAny of the following certifications, or a combination of multiple certifications:\nAzure Solutions Architect Expert\nCISSP\nCCNP Enterprise\nTOGAF\nITIL 4\nCCSP\nSC-100 Cybersecurity Architect\nAzure Administrator (AZ-104)\nSAP S/4HANA Technology Certification\nPalo Alto PCNSE or Fortinet NSE\n\nLeadership Profile\nSr. Manager, Infrastructure Engineering candidates should demonstrate a balance of technical depth and people leadership, with strong execution discipline, business judgment, cross-functional influence, and vendor management capabilities. This leader should be comfortable driving infrastructure strategy while remaining engaged in engineering governance, team development, and operational excellence.
