objectives, risk appetite, and digital roadmap\nServe as a trusted advisor to the CIO and executive leadership on emerging cyber risks, threat landscape trends, and investment priorities\nEstablish a risk-based security operating model that balances protection, resilience, and business enablement\nRisk Management & Compliance\nLead enterprise-wide processes to identify, assess, and prioritize cybersecurity risks across IT and OT environments\nEnsure compliance with applicable data privacy regulations, industry standards, and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT)\nPartner with Internal Audit, Legal, and Compliance teams to strengthen governance and reduce enterprise risk exposure\nOversee third-party risk management and vendor security assurance programs\nIncident Response & Resilience\nDevelop, implement, and continuously enhance the Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan (CSIRP)\nLead cross-functional response to cybersecurity incidents, including detection, containment, investigation, and recovery\nEstablish and test business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities aligned to critical operations\nDrive continuous improvement through lessons learned and threat intelligence integration\nSecurity Governance & Architecture\nDefine and maintain enterprise security policies, standards, and reference architectures\nEstablish strong governance mechanisms to ensure consistent adoption of security controls across the enterprise\nPartner with IT and business teams to embed security into infrastructure, cloud, ERP (e.g., SAP), and application environments\nOversee identity and access management, network security, endpoint protection, and data security programs\nBoard & Executive Engagement\nTranslate cybersecurity risks and technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and the Board of Directors\nDeliver regular updates on risk posture, incidents, compliance status, and investment effectiveness\nSupport enterprise risk management discussions and contribute to overall corporate governance strategy\nCulture & Awareness\nChampion a security-first culture across Arclin through cybersecurity organization, including talent strategy, succession planning, and capability development\nQualifications & Experience\nRequired\n12+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, with significant leadership at the Director/VP level\nProven track record of building and leading enterprise cybersecurity programs in complex, global environments\nDeep expertise in risk management, security frameworks (NIST, ISO), regulatory compliance, and incident response\nExperience supporting manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environments, including familiarity with OT/ICS security\nDemonstrated ability to engage with executives and Boards, translating technical risk into business context\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational transformation capabilities\nPreferred\nExperience in SAP/S4HANA environments, cloud platforms (Azure), and hybrid infrastructure\nBackground in M&A integrations, TSA exits, or large-scale IT transformations\nIndustry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent\nMaster’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline is
