You will work closely with our accounting, project management, and leadership teams. A DAY IN THE LIFE Prepare monthly financial statements and reconcile the job cost for the various ARCO/Murray companies. Monitor accounting transactions throughout the month and resolve any issues that occur in the process daily Prepare and assist with monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany allocations (A/P) Balance intercompany cash accounts and interact with the Project Managers and Leadership to assist them with subcontracts, insurance issues, and job cost details Collaborate with accounts payable to review and approve payment requests (invoices, check requests forms, etc) Assist with budgeting and
