Because ARCO is committed to creating opportunities for individual success, from day one, you will be given the tools to excel in your role, take on meaningful responsibilities, and experience why ARCO is truly the best place to build a career.\nA Day in the Life:\nLead the planning, coordination, and execution of commissioning activities for data center projects\nDevelop and manage commissioning plans, schedules, and documentation from design through turnover\nCoordinate with Project Manager, Superintendent, and subcontractors to align commissioning scope and expectations\nLead commissioning meetings with the team\nOversee functional performance testing of critical systems including electrical, mechanical, controls, and life safety\nReview design documents and submittals for operational readiness\nTrack and resolve commissioning issues, deficiencies, and punch list items\nEnsure integrated systems testing is executed safely and successfully\nSupport training of owner’s operations staff and development of O&M documentation\nVerify systems meet uptime, redundancy, and performance requirements\nManage a smooth transition from construction to operations\nNecessary Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in building commissioning or mission-critical construction\nHands-on experience commissioning data centers\nStrong working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems\nExperience with integrated systems testing and turnover processes\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders in high-pressure environments\nWillingness to travel or be site-based as required\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a focus in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar Construction Management, or related field \nWhat We Can Offer You:\nAt ARCO, we are committed to taking care of our greatest asset - our team.
