You’ll support a team of Construction Project Managers and have an integral role in keeping our projects running smoothly!\nPrepare various forms as directed by Projects Managers (Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Professional Service Agreements, and transmittals)\nProvide drawing management support including filing, printing, drawing logs, maintaining FTP site and Procore, filing jobsite photos\nEvent Planing/Coordination, such as ground breaking events and some office events, as needed\nAssist Project Managers with proposals as needed. This may include typing up proposal letters, outline specifications and assembling proposal books\nAnswer incoming phone calls and coordinate communication with vendors and customers in the event of a Project Manager’s absence\nMaintain various lists for Project Managers including job list for each region, subcontract tracking lists\nTyping/preparing various items such as letters, bid instructions, memos, proposals, outline specifications, and expense reports as needed\nMake travel arrangements when necessary\nTake a lead role in upholding our work hard/play hard company culture\nBack up front desk and reception\n2-5 years of related project administration experience, construction industry experience a plus\nCollege degree preferred\nStrong computer skills are essential.
