ARCO/Murray National Construction is currently seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to join our team of Design Engineers and Project Managers in our Downers Grove, IL location. The BIM Modeler will play a key role in our design/build process by converting schematic or early-stage designs to 3D models using REVIT and industry-specific tools. A DAY IN THE LIFE Perform fundamental modeling tasks using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam software applications. Develop piping system models including pipe spacing, fitting makeup, valve locations, and in-line components in 3D applications Review manufacturers' or fabricators' prints to aid in design documents Apply basic knowledge of building codes, standards, and other criteria in the development of project designs.
