Including, estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation\nEnsure an accurate and complete project estimate\nWork closely with government representatives and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings\nParticipate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas\nOversee the buyout process and the selection of subcontractors\nConduct bi-weekly job site meetings on site\nMake sound decisions under tight deadlines\nOrganize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results\nCommit to quality by evaluating project-related processes \nMake necessary changes, use customer input to make improvements, and meet/exceed internal and external client expectation\nAct in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and other associates, while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations\nNecessary Qualifications:\nBS in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related field; with a minimum of 3.0 GPA\nAt least five years of direct federal construction or construction management experience\nExperience with design-build and/or design-bid-build projects; IDIQ, task-order, MATOC, SATOC, MACC, or similar contract vehicles preferred\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project; experience with Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, USACE RMS/QCS, or NAVFAC eCMS preferred.\nWhat We Can Offer You:\nAt ARCO, we are committed to taking care of our greatest asset - our team.
