We strive to create a safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace with competitive benefits, development opportunities and a culture that values and rewards employees on all levels of the organization.\nIn this role, you will:\nProcess and manage orders\n\nReview Purchase Orders [POs]\n\nCoordinate and advance project status\n\nSchedule orders to production based on standard lead times\n\nInterface with internal systems\n\nFollow established guidelines\n\nInteract with Order Specialist and Project Managers\n\nGenerous training period\n\nUtilize or develop knowledge of product and price book\n\nInteract and coordinate with internal resources on projects\n\nWork in a shared mailbox with other team members\n\n You have: (required)\nHS diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution\n\n2 years of experience in a customer service role\n\nComputer skills including: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Access, that will be further developed with training in all Kawneer front-end systems;\n\nProven customer service skills including prompt response and documentation;\n\nData entry skills with attention to detail;\n\nWritten and verbal communication skills;\n\nConstruction or architectural field knowledge a plus.\n\nEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at time of hire.
