In this fast-paced and highly collaborative role, you will serve as the central coordinator of the order pursuit process, ensuring quote opportunities are strategically evaluated and efficiently assigned.\nAs the first point of review for incoming quote requests, you will assess project opportunities, determine bid viability, evaluate estimating timelines, and allocate work to the appropriate estimator to ensure timely and accurate proposal development. Your ability to balance priorities, manage workflows, and make informed decisions will directly contribute to our success in winning new business and delivering exceptional customer service.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making a meaningful impact on business operations, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.\nIn this role, you will:\nUnderstand Customer Pricing Request; plans and specifications, material lists, simple take-offs requiring application revisions.\n\nSelecting the proper documents/ materials for lead review.\n\nCreation of Electronic folders/ printouts for lead review.\n\nMaintain schedule and database through level loading.\n\nAssist lead in bid/no-bid selectivity.\n\nConfirm with customer and/or sales regarding scheduling requests.\n\nCoordinate with Engineering department for schedule of engineering review.\n\nCoordination with other Kawneer facilities for package pricing for multiple products.\n\nCreate estimates with KaluCAD.\n\n Essential Skills and Abilities:\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple quote requests and competing priorities.\n\nDesire to learn quickly, be self-motivated and think through processes independently.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.\n\nAbility to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\n\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative approach to working across departments.\n\nExceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering timely, high-quality results.\n\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while contributing to team success.\n\nAlso note:\n0% travel requirement.\n\nThis position will operate in person in a professional office environment in Springdale, AR .\n\nThis is a Full-time, Exempt position.\n\n You have: (required)\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.\n\n2 years of experience estimating construction projects utilizing architectural plans, list of materials and/or take-offs received from customers.\n\nFamiliarity of estimating software.\n\nEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
