You have access to an onsite fitness center that includes a weight room, cardio equipment and outdoor walking trail.\n Primary Responsibilities\nPerform preventative and predictive maintenance.\nIdentify and look up parts in MP2 maintenance program.\nUse hand tools and other required equipment.\nTroubleshoot independently all types of mechanical equipment, hydraulics, mobile equipment, utilities and basic electrical controls.\nRepair equipment with little documentation.\nProvide improvement to preventative maintenance program by creating task lists.\nDrive root cause analysis and implementation of long term solutions.\nUse a drill press, band saw, lathe, grinder, test gauges, welding, burning and electrical equipment as needed.\nMake recommendations and updates to equipment which result in an improvement to technical downtime.\nHelp train maintenance grade 10 employees. \nEffectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other departments as regarding work accomplishments and findings.\nParticipate in L1 meetings, perform safety system requirements, log work hours and comments on work orders in MP2 maintenance software.\n Basic Qualifications\nMust be eligible to work in the United States of America.
