This role combines CNC programming, process engineering, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, tooling development, and project management to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.\n Key Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize CNC programs and machining processes.\nTroubleshoot production, programming, and equipment issues.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.\nAnalyze production data and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.\nDesign and improve tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment.\nManage manufacturing and capital improvement projects from planning through implementation.\nSupport equipment installation, automation, and new technology initiatives.\nProvide technical leadership, training, and support to production teams.\nEnsure manufacturing processes meet engineering specifications and customer requirements.\n Required\nDegree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of manufacturing, CNC programming, process engineering, or continuous improvement experience.\nStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and CNC machining.\nAbility to read engineering drawings and technical documents.\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.\nPreferred\nExperience in aluminum fabrication, architectural products, or window and door manufacturing.\nCAD/CAM and CNC programming software experience.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.\nTooling and fixture design experience.\nERP/MES system knowledge.\nProject management and automation experience.\nIdeal Candidate\nA hands-on manufacturing professional with strong CNC programming and process improvement expertise who can solve complex production challenges, lead improvement projects, and drive operational excellence within
