You have access to an onsite fitness center that includes a weight room, cardio equipment and outdoor walking trail.\n Vary by department, but a new employee can expect an array of tasks including but not limited to:\nHaving production goals to meet our OTIF and financial metrics\nWork in varying temperatures with a high amount of repetitive lifting\nBe around or operate mobile equipment\nRead and follow all safety rules and regulations, standard operating procedures and quality standards\nMaintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition\nComplete required paperwork and data entry which can be hardcopy or electronic\nWear provided personal protective equipment (hard hat, earplugs, safety glasses, gloves, arm guard sleeves, metatarsal safety shoes, etc)\nProduce a quality product with attention to detail\nEnsure orders maintain internal schedule to keep pace to be on time to customer\nFollow directions from manager and functional lead to complete daily tasks\nContribute to continuous improvement activities as needed\nMeasure aluminum extrusions \nCheck material against orders and visually inspect incoming materials.\nOther duties as required\n Basic:\nMust be able to understand and speak English proficiently. \nEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
