Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).\n Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.\nExperience in a technical leadership role, overseeing Salesforce development teams and driving technical excellence.\nExpertise in Salesforce configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce), and Lightning component development.\nProficiency in Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., REST, SOAP, APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica).\nStrong understanding of Salesforce data
