The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on architecture experience, and the ability to guide development teams while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.\nDefine technical architecture, integration strategies, and implementation best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.\nLead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.\nMentor developers and technical leads, ensuring adherence to coding standards and Salesforce best practices.\nCollaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.\nDesign and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware technologies.\nConduct architecture and code reviews to ensure solution quality, scalability, and maintainability.\nEvaluate new Salesforce features and recommend adoption strategies.\nSupport estimation, technical planning, and risk management activities.\nEnsure solutions comply with security, governance, and performance standards.\nRequirements\n7+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.\nProven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, Technical Lead, or a similar technical leadership role.\nStrong hands-on experience with one or more of the following:\nData Cloud\nAgentforce\nMarketing Cloud\nIndustry Clouds (Health Cloud, Education Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Automotive Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud)\nRevenue Cloud\nMuleSoft\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and integration patterns.\nExperience designing enterprise-level solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.\nStrong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment strategies.\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications.\nAdditional Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nExperience leading distributed or cross-functional technical teams.\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nCollaborative and supportive work environment.\nCareer growth opportunities.\nArcsen is an equal opportunity employer.
