We’re looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant / Concierge Security Engineer 2 to be part of making this happen.\nYour Responsibilities:\nCollaborate closely with senior cybersecurity engineers and contribute to real-world client projects.\n\nYou are the customer's point of contact for inquiries regarding security incidents reported by our Security Operations Center (SOC) and, together with the team, you analyze structural weaknesses of the customer\n\nHelp create technical reports and documentation to support customer environments.\n\nTroubleshoot security and technical issues with guidance from your team.\n\nShare basic security best practices with non-technical contacts.\n\nBuild professional, trust-based relationships with customers.\n\nAnalyze logs and events to identify patterns or potential threats.\n\nContinuously develop your skills through mentoring and hands-on experience.\n\nYour Profile:\nExperience:\n2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity or related IT fields.\n\nFamiliarity with network security, cloud infrastructure, SaaS tools, and identity management.\n\nExposure to risk and vulnerability management.\n\nStrong communication skills in both English - verbal and written.\n\nAnalytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach.\n\nComfortable working in a team and eager to grow professionally.\n\nTechnical Skills in at least 4 of these areas:\nNetworking Basics: Understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, and common network protocols.\n\nOperating Systems: Basic knowledge of hardening Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.\n\nSecurity Tools: Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus, and IDS/IPS systems.\n\nScripting: Basic understanding of Python, Bash, or PowerShell.\n\nVulnerability Assessment: Experience using tools like Nmap, Nessus, or OpenVAS.\n\nIncident Response: Foundational knowledge in managing and responding to security incidents.\n\nSecurity Frameworks: Awareness of common frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and NIST.\n\nConsultancy Skills:\nStrong ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nAnalytical and solution-oriented when approaching security challenges.\n\nProfessional client interaction and relationship-building.\n\nComfortable documenting policies, procedures, and incident reports.\n\nEnjoys teamwork and thrives in collaborative environments.\n\nHighly motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced company.\n\nCurious about evolving cybersecurity trends and committed to staying ahead.\n\nAbout Arctic Wolf\nAt Arctic Wolf, we foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that thrives on diversity of thought, background, and culture.
