We’re looking for a / an Senior Developer 1 to be part of making this/that happen.\nPosition Overview and Objective\n\nThe Senior Core Platform Services UI Developer is an essential contributor to the R&D organization by helping bridge the gap between UX Design and Agile Development at Arctic Wolf. They bring engineering knowledge and user context to the Agile team to help make well-informed design decisions that are technically feasible, testable and maintainable. They bring expertise of Front-End technologies and help mentor other developers as a subject matter expert.\nYou will be a key member of the Core Platform Services team responsible for the Access Control Platform, which is critical for Arctic Wolf Networks to deliver world-class security operations at scale to global customers.\nResponsibilities:\n As a Senior Developer at Arctic Wolf, you will:\nDesign, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions using ReactJS and Golang.\nOwn complex features from design through implementation, testing, deployment, and support.\nBuild scalable, maintainable, and reusable software components that support long-term product goals.\nCollaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nParticipate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across systems and teams.\nContribute to software quality through automated testing, performance optimization, and adherence to coding standards.\nMentor and support engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing.\nDrive continuous improvement in development processes, system reliability, and engineering best practices.\nParticipate in operational support and incident resolution as needed.\nExperience & Requirements \nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n5+ years of professional software development experience building and delivering scalable, production-grade applications\nProven experience building and delivering scalable, production-grade software applications.\nStrong hands-on experience with:ReactJS\nGolang\n\nSolid understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented design, and modern development practices.\nExperience designing, developing, testing, and supporting cloud-native or distributed systems.\nProficiency in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.\nExperience participating in technical design and architecture discussions.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience mentoring engineers and promoting engineering best practices is preferred.\nOn-Camera Policy\nTo support a fair, transparent, and engaging interview experience, candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews.
