Join a company that’s not only leading, but also shaping, the future of security operations.\nOur mission is simple: End Cyber Risk.\nWe’re looking for a Network and Technology Operations Analyst to be part of making this happen.\nPosition Overview and Objective The Network and Technology Operations Analyst provides operational support for Arctic Wolf’s security services by monitoring customer environments, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the health of deployed solutions. This role demonstrates independence in resolving routine issues, revising playbooks when gaps are identified, and mentoring peers on basic troubleshooting. Analysts at this level also contribute recommendations for process improvements and continuously expand technical knowledge. Primary Responsibilities and Duties\nIndependently monitor and maintain operational health of sensors and scanners in customer environments.\nTroubleshoot endpoint agent installation and connectivity issues using documented procedures; escalate advanced issues as needed.\nResolve cloud sensor configuration and communication problems with minimal guidance.\nTriage customer requests, apply playbook-driven solutions, and recommend improvements based on findings.\nRevise troubleshooting documentation or playbooks when gaps are identified.\nInvestigate and interpret moderately complex technical issues to identify solutions.\nInteract effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.\nMentor new team members on processes and troubleshooting techniques.\nParticipate in after-hours coverage rotation for urgent support needs.\nAttend training sessions to expand technical knowledge and improve job performance.\nKey Skills\nNetworking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, VLANs).\nFamiliarity with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.\nBasic virtualization experience (VMware, Hyper-V).\nCloud technologies (AWS, Azure).\nStrong troubleshooting and communication skills.\nAbility to follow structured processes and contribute to improvements.\nMinimum Qualifications\nCurrently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in IT/Cybersecurity OR 2 years of IT industry experience.\nDemonstrated interest in networking or cybersecurity.\nCustomer-facing experience in any capacity.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification.\nExperience with deployment tools (GPO, SCCM, Intune, Jamf).\nFamiliarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash).\nEnvironment and Physical Demands\nWork is primarily sedentary in nature and can be executed sitting or standing positions in an office environment. \nRequires ability to utilize technology related to using a keyboard, verbal communication, and work with device screens which require visual acuity.\nIf located in a company office, often requires the mobility to physically navigate the space. \nIn the event of business travel, mobility sufficient to utilize public and private transport and navigate to essential locations.\nMay include moving or lifting of 25 pounds or less (e.g., office chair, reams of paper).\nAbout Arctic Wolf\nAt Arctic Wolf, we foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that thrives on diversity of thought, background, and culture.
