This role requires deep familiarity with Exposure Management technologies, specifically vulnerability detection and content generation methods. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with engineering and user experience teams to decompose business needs into detailed technical requirements and ensure consistent value delivery.\nIN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:\nAlign product requirements with strategic objectives for Aurora Exposure Management, ensuring clarity and traceability from concept to delivery.\n\nPartner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, and Program Managers to translate strategic initiatives into executable engineering plans.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders across engineering, security operations, threat research, customer success, and leadership teams to prioritize initiatives and evaluate trade-offs.\n\nAuthor and maintain detailed functional and technical specifications in product briefs and detailed product requirement documents.\n\nDecompose high-level product goals into actionable development tasks and user stories, ensuring completeness and clarity.\n\nConduct competitive and technical research to inform roadmap decisions and differentiate Arctic Wolf’s Aurora Exposure Management offering.\n\nSupport backlog grooming and sprint planning with a focus on technical feasibility and business value.\n\nSupport enablement of all impacted stakeholders for new product releases.\n\nYOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF:\nYou have significant experience in Product Management within cybersecurity or security operations environments.\n\nYou have a strong understanding of vulnerability management, scan technologies, vulnerability content, asset discovery, and remediation technologies.\n\nYou have a good understanding of breach and attack simulation, adversarial security, or penetration testing.\n\nYou have experience managing complex product roadmaps that span multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.\n\nYou are skilled at prioritization, trade-off analysis, backlog management, and agile product delivery.\n\nYou have a strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.\n\nYou are comfortable analyzing telemetry, usage metrics, adoption trends, and operational costs to guide product decisions.\n\nYou can clearly communicate product strategy, roadmap priorities, and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nYou have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across engineering, product, and business teams.\n\nYou have a proven ability to identify risks, resolve ambiguities, and drive alignment across complex initiatives.\n\nMUST HAVE:\n6+ years of prior product management experience, ideally in exposure management, vulnerability management, or endpoint and network security.\n\nEngineering or technical background, such as Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Software Engineering.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud-native, multi-tenant platforms and large-scale distributed systems.\n\nExperience with Aha, Jira, agile planning tools, and product analytics platforms.\n\nGOOD TO HAVE:\nExperience with breach and attack simulation, adversarial security, or penetration testing.\n\nAn MBA degree.\n\nDo not meet all the requirements?
