This role applies advanced technical expertise to validate complex systems, collaborates closely with cross-functional partners, and raises risks early to support timely and reliable software releases.\nPrimary Responsibilities and Duties\nOwn and execute test plans to ensure appropriate fuctional and non-functional coverage.\nDesign and execute end-to-end test cases for complex features or applications.\nEnsure all planned testing activities are completed prior to release.\nCollaborate closely with development teams to identify risks and ensure test readiness.\nAct as a point of contact for quality concerns on assigned projects.\nTrack testing progress using metrics and provide regular status updates.\nParticipate in or lead bug triage discussions to prioritize and resolve defects.\nPartner with product management to validate success criteria and acceptance standards.\nMentor Quality Engineers by providing guidance on testing approaches and tools.\nKey Skills\n5+ Yrs of experience\nAdvanced knowledge of software testing and quality engineering practices\nStrong technical ability to understand system architecture and data flows\nExperience with cloud-based applications and test automation\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nKey Competencies\nTechnical leadership\nCross-functional collaboration\nRisk assessment\nQuality advocacy\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience\nSignificant experience in software quality engineering or testing\nExperience executing and owning test plans for complex systems\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with cloud platforms, APIs, and automated test infrastructure\nExposure to exploratory testing techniques and metrics-driven quality analysis\nWe are looking for Only Bangalore Based Candidates.\nAbout the Company\nAt Arctic Wolf, we foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that thrives on diversity of thought, background, and culture.
