integration reliability through dashboards, alerting mechanisms, retry strategies, and performance tuning.\nPartner with the People, TA, IT, Payroll, and other teams to identify opportunities to scale through automation and smart system design.\nDocument key processes and integration configuration to support ongoing knowledge sharing and consistency.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in HRIS/People Technology with increasing levels of responsibility.\nAdvanced technical expertise in Workday integrations including Core Connectors (CCW), EIBs, Workday Studio, SOAP/REST APIs, and RaaS endpoints.\nStrong understanding of Workday security architecture including domain policies, ISUs, OAuth, and WS-Security.\nHands-on experience with XSLT/XPath transformations, external API integrations, and hybrid integration architectures.\nProven ability to lead end-to-end solution delivery with minimal oversight.\nDemonstrated experience developing or implementing technology-related process improvements and initiatives.\nProject Management experience with a consulting mindset.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.\nDemonstrated ability to prioritise and manage work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.\nProven adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and processes quickly.\nPassion for improving end-user experience and
