This role will serve as the primary resource responsible for the administration, support, optimization, and security of the organization's end-user computing environment.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong expertise across modern endpoint management technologies and a proven track record of managing enterprise desktop environments, mobile devices, and endpoint security initiative.\nThis is a remote contract opportunity with one of Arctiq's clients.\nQualifications:\nAdminister and maintain enterprise endpoint management platforms, including SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.\nConfigure, deploy, and support Windows Autopilot for streamlined device provisioning and onboarding.\nManage and support endpoint infrastructure through Windows Administration Center and related management tools.\nPackage, deploy, and maintain end-user applications across the enterprise environment.\nOversee operating system lifecycle management, including upgrades, migrations, and refresh initiatives.\nManage endpoint patching and update compliance to ensure systems remain current and secure.\nSupport and maintain endpoint backup and recovery solutions.\nIdentify, prioritize, and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities in partnership with security teams.\nAdminister software licensing and hardware asset management processes and reporting.\nMonitor and improve the overall digital employee experience, focusing on endpoint performance and user satisfaction.\nImplement and maintain endpoint security baselines, hardening standards, and compliance controls.\nSupport and troubleshoot enterprise print services and printing infrastructure.\nManage deployment and support of mobile applications across iOS and Android devices.\nProvide support for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) programs and policies.\nMonitor endpoint health and performance through proactive monitoring and alerting solutions.\nServe as the dedicated EUC resource, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure reliable and high-quality end-user support.\nRequirements:\n7+ years of experience in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or Endpoint Management roles.\nHands-on experience administering Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.\nStrong experience with Windows Autopilot, endpoint provisioning, and device lifecycle management.\nExperience supporting enterprise Windows desktop environments and modern workplace technologies.\nKnowledge of endpoint security best practices, vulnerability management, and system hardening.\nExperience with application packaging, deployment, and patch management processes.\nFamiliarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions and mobile application deployment.\nExperience supporting BYOD environments and modern workplace initiatives.\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.\nAbility to work independently in a fully remote environment while supporting a dedicated client account.\nExperience with enterprise monitoring and endpoint analytics platforms.\nRelevant Microsoft certifications related to endpoint management or modern workplace technologies.\nExperience working in managed services or dedicated client support environments.\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.\nArctiq is an equal opportunity employer.
