In this staffing-focused role, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle for client roles, from intake through placement and beyond, across Network & Systems Engineering, Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Security, and other areas. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and hiring leaders, bringing market insight, speed, and a consultative approach to every search. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances multiple client searches at once, and helps shape the strategy and execution of our recruiting function.\nThis is a hybrid role with two days/week onsite in our Blue Bell, PA office.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for client-facing positions across technical domain including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements.\nPartner with clients, Client Directors and hiring leaders to run in-depth intake sessions, define role requirements, set expectations on timelines and compensation, and build targeted search strategies.\nSource, screen, and engage high-quality active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and direct outreach.\nPresent qualified, well-vetted candidates to clients, manage submittals and interview feedback, and drive offers through negotiation, acceptance, and onboarding.\nAdvise clients and candidates on market conditions and talent availability to align expectations and close hard-to-fill roles.\nJoin client calls to gather requirements, provide market intelligence, and align on hiring priorities.\nBuild and maintain a deep pipeline of qualified candidates and a ready talent bench to meet current and anticipated client demand.\nMaintain a strong, consistent LinkedIn presence to increase visibility, engage talent communities, and promote open opportunities.\nDeliver an exceptional candidate and consultant experience from first contact through onboarding and active assignment, including check-ins to support retention and redeployment.\nContribute to the development and optimization of recruiting processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency, consistency, and outcomes.\nStay current on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence in the staffing and recruiting landscape.\nRepresent the Arctiq brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at every touchpoint.\nQualifications\n5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least three years in a staffing or agency environment, with a strong focus on technical roles across Network & Systems Engineering, Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Security, and other areas.\nProven track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously across clients, business units, and skill sets while consistently meeting placement goals.\nExperience with contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements, including a working understanding of pay rates, bill rates, and margins.\nStrong client and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted, long-term partnerships.\nExcellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.\nResults-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency, a passion for talent acquisition, and a commitment to continuous improvement.\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent
