Arctiq builds on decades of industry expertise and a customer-centric ethos to deliver exceptional value to clients across diverse industries.\nPosition Overview:\nThe Technical Client Service Managerwill serve as the primary liaison between Arctiq's Managed Security Services (MSSP) clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction and the successful delivery of services against agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role blends customer service, technical understanding, and project management. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nResponsibilities:\nServing as the primary point of contact for assigned clients\nBuilding and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships\nUnderstanding client needs and expectations\nProactively addressing client concerns and issues\nEnsuring Arctiq's services are delivered according to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs)\nMonitoring service performance and reporting on key metrics\nCoordinating with technical teams to resolve client issues\nManaging service delivery projects and implementations\nProviding regular updates to clients on service performance, security incidents, and other relevant information\nPreparing and delivering reports on security posture and trends\nFacilitating communication between clients and internal technical teams\nHelping clients understand their security risks and vulnerabilities\nProviding guidance on security best practices\nFacilitating security awareness training\nIdentifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling MSSP services\nSupporting the sales team in client presentations and proposals\nHelping to retain clients by ensuring satisfaction\nQualifications:\nEducation in Information Security or a related field (or equivalent experience)\nProven experience working in a managed services provider (MSP) or MSSP environment\nCertifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM are a plus\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities\nExperience in the IT/Security industry\nKnowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)\nAbility to manage service delivery projects and implementations\nExperience coordinating with technical teams and managing timelines\nStrong organizational skills\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives\nOutstanding health, dental, and vision insurance plans\nRetirement savings plan with employer matching\nFlexible work schedule and remote work options\nProfessional development and training opportunities\nCollaborative and inclusive work culture with opportunities for career growth\nArctiq is an equal opportunity employer.
