We are currently searching for motivated and dedicated individuals who are ready to take that next step of their career.\nWhat you can expect from the role: \nLead and develop a newly established accounting team within Arcwide's Shared Service Centre in Bucharest, creating a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.\n\nManage the day-to-day accounting operations supporting multiple Arcwide countries, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with local requirements.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact between the Bucharest accounting team and the Head of Accounting in France, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.\n\nProvide hands-on support to the team and ensure continuity of service during periods of absence or increased workload.\n\nPlay a key role in shaping the future direction of the Shared Service Centre by helping define organisational structures, team sizing, roles and responsibilities, and operational processes.\n\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives that increase efficiency, consistency, and service quality across the accounting function.\n\nSupport and coach team members, providing guidance, performance management, and development opportunities to help them succeed.\n\nWork within an international and fast-growing environment, collaborating with colleagues across multiple countries and functions.\n\nContribute to the ongoing development of a scalable and sustainable finance support model as Arcwide continues to grow.\n\nWhat we will look for in your CV:\nProven experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar accounting leadership position.\n\nApproximately 5+ years of experience in accounting activities, with a strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial operations.\n\nAt least 2 years of people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing teams.\n\nExperience working within a Shared Service Centre (SSC) environment is highly desirable.\n\nExperience supporting multiple countries or operating within an international finance function.\n\nExposure to two or more ERP systems is advantageous and demonstrates adaptability to different business environments.\n\nFluent English language skills are essential; German language skills would be a strong advantage but are not required.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage with senior leaders and colleagues across different countries.\n\nA proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to make decisions confidently and take ownership of challenges.\n\nExperience establishing, developing, or scaling finance teams and processes would be highly beneficial.\n\nWillingness and ability to remain hands-on operationally whilst also providing strategic leadership and direction to the team.\n\nAbout Arcwide: \nAs the demand for IFS Cloud consulting continues to grow worldwide, Arcwide strategically positions itself as the largest preferred IFS partner by combining the world-class business consultancy of BearingPoint with the best-in-class cloud technology and innovation of IFS, to implement digital business transformation globally, delivering more value, faster.
