This role will monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to operation and process specifications.\nPrioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times\nObserves and conducts operation of control panel for facility incinerator\nVerifies equipment data for reporting and supports the installation of operating equipment \nReports malfunctions or abnormalities and makes minor adjustments or repairs to equipment as needed \nCommunicates with equipment technicians regarding highly complex equipment issues for repair as needed \nOperates, tests, and monitors assigned equipment according to established facility guidelines \nTroubleshoots control panels, error lights and messages to ensure proper equipment functionality; conducts alarm testing and monitoring \nManages building inventory controls within appropriate parameters\nManages rotary kiln operation and monitors plant operations via CCTV\nOperates equipment to complete drum feeds and completes relevant inspections \nMonitors and analyzes temperatures, pressures and ratios for equipment and adjusts as needed \nCompletes waste stream and profile recordkeeping as needed \nTakes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization\nEducation\n- High school diploma or equivalent (required) - Associates or technical degree (preferred) - High-Pressure Boiler Operator’s License for state of operation (preferred)Experience\n2+ years of related industrial experience (required) \nPrevious control panel operator experience (preferred) \nOverview\nAbout Arcwood\nEvery advancement-from the products we use to the medicines and technologies we depend on-creates waste that must be handled responsibly.
