Analyze types of mechanical or operational troubles and plan for and take corrective action to maintain quality.\nMake changeovers or conversions by setting up assigned equipment for change in material, size or product.\nCheck, test, and measure product for quality specifications. Examine for visual defects.\nReplace worn or damaged parts.\nRetime machine action.\nOperate, repair, clean, lubricate equipment, as required, to maintain production.\nClear jams.\nCheck varnishes, coatings, inks, lubricants, supplies, and add or change materials.
