Ensure safety, quality and housekeeping are maintained during the production of Cans and carrying out regular quality checks\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nEnsure Health and Safety compliance and policies are adhered to.\nEnsure daily routine checks are completed and errors corrected in relation to area of responsibility.\nEnsure all relevant records for the work area are updated as per dictated frequency.\nUse SPC tools (such as APRISO) to ensure integrity of the can is controlled.\nEnsure housekeeping in the area is kept up to the required standard\nCarry out cleaning duties on and around the equipment.\nEnsure that spoilage from machines and equipment in the area of work is maintained below the required target levels.\nCarry out continuous improvement activities to improve efficiency and spoilage.\nEnsure material usages (ODM’s, spare parts, etc) in the work area are controlled.\nContinuously monitor equipment in the area to ensure efficiency of the production lines is maintained above the required target levels.\nProvide support for trials of new materials and / or equipment.\nProvide support for the installation or commissioning of new equipment\nOperate FLT as and when required.\nCarry out size changes and Diameter changes.\nEnsure Hygiene Management System compliance and policies are adhered to.\n\nCompany Values\n\nTrust is earned by displaying personal attributes that show we are respectful, reliable, consistent and honest in our approach to others.
