In addition, they would move specific technology projects forward, provide oversight, coordination, and follow through on several existing tech issues.\nProjects may include computer upgrades, improvements to internet connectivity and bandwidth, and a possible telephone system replacement. The IT Coordinator must be able to keep a project organized, explain technical recommendations clearly, and be the onsite project manager when work is underway.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead Arden Wood’s side of assigned IT projects, from planning and scheduling through testing and completion.\nCoordinate computer and equipment upgrades with PCS.\nWork with PCS to assess recurring Wi-Fi, internet, and bandwidth concerns.\nHelp evaluate and coordinate a possible telephone system upgrade.\nKeep leadership informed of progress, decisions, risks, and next steps.\nCommunicate patiently and clearly with and employees during technology changes.\nPCS will continue to provide help desk services and contracted technical support.
