Responsibilities
- Lead & directa team of Production Specialists to fulfill daily production output & yieldtargets.
- Monitor &track WIP, cycle time & constantly maintain production up-time.
- Manpower managementin balancing work load.
- Provide &present production performance daily report.
- Participate incontinuous improvement program by working closely among inter-department toprepare, review and implement operational procedures in accordance to the technicalspecifications, customer’s surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing /engineering and to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effectivemanner.
- Assist QA toperform related research, statistics, investigation and analysis. Implementcorrective and preventive action programs resulted from customer complaints.
- Provide adequatetraining to Production Specialists to ensure their operational knowledge andskills are sufficient.
- Any other tasks as and whenassigned by the management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Polytechnic/Universitygraduates are welcome.
- Experiencein semiconductor industry area in production line is preferable
