While relevant workexperience is preferred, we prioritize potential and the right attitude.\nCome for an interview and show us what you’v got!\nResponsibilities\nLead & directa team of Production Specialists to fulfill daily production output & yieldtargets. \nMonitor &track WIP, cycle time & constantly maintain production up-time. \nManpower managementin balancing work load. \nProvide &present production performance daily report. \nParticipate incontinuous improvement program by working closely among inter-department toprepare, review and implement operational procedures in accordance to the technicalspecifications, customer’s surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing /engineering and to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effectivemanner. \nAssist QA toperform related research, statistics, investigation and analysis.
