This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and works collaboratively with various departments.\nKey Responsibilities\nMarketing Strategy & Campaign Execution\nAssist with planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives\nMaintain and update the marketing calendar to ensure activities and deadlines are tracked\nSupport campaign follow-up activities and lead tracking\nAssist with marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement\nContent Creation & Digital Marketing\nAssist with creating graphics, social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials\nDraft and schedule social media posts across company platforms\nSupport email marketing campaigns, including content preparation, scheduling, and distribution\nHelp maintain consistent branding and messaging across marketing channels\nAssist with website content updates and digital marketing initiatives\nEvent & Conference Support\nAssist with planning, organizing, and coordinating company events, conferences, trade shows, and community engagement activities\nPrepare marketing materials, promotional items, and event supplies\nSupport event setup, execution, and post-event follow-up\nAssist with vendor and partner coordination for marketing events and sponsorships\nMarketing Analytics & Reporting\nCollect and organize data related to marketing campaigns, events, and digital engagement\nAssist with tracking marketing performance metrics, including campaign engagement, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI)\nPrepare reports, presentations, and summaries of marketing activities\nHelp identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness\nCRM & Marketing Database Support\nMaintain and update marketing contact lists and CRM records\nAssist with contact research, data enrichment, and list segmentation for campaigns\nSupport marketing lead tracking and campaign reporting\nEnsure accuracy and organization of marketing data\nTeam Collaboration & Department Support\nCollaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other departments on company initiatives\nAssist with organizing marketing assets, promotional materials, and digital content\nParticipate in marketing meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning\nSupport additional marketing-related projects and responsibilities as assigned\nQualifications & Skills\nEducation & Experience\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred\nStudents, recent graduates, and individuals seeking hands-on marketing experience are encouraged to apply\nTechnical Skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications\nFamiliarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred\nBasic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing\nInterest in learning email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools\nProfessional Skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nCreative mindset with attention to detail\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects\nPositive attitude and willingness to learn\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively\nProfessional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills\nInterest in technology, marketing, and business development\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs when assisting with marketing materials and events\nAbility to stand for extended periods during company events and conferences\nAbout Ardham Technologies\nArdham Technologies is headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and is experiencing rapid growth throughout the Southwest and Texas regions.
