Leadership Support: Collaborate with executives and department managers on business initiatives, project coordination, and operational priorities.\nTalent Management: Support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management initiatives, and organizational development projects.\nTechnical Development: Participate in hands-on training and job shadowing with Managed Services personnel to gain exposure to IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, technical support, and service delivery.\nProject Support: Assist with tracking project milestones, organizing deliverables, analyzing information, and communicating updates.\nProfessional Development: Participate in mentorship opportunities designed to strengthen business acumen, communication, problem-solving, and technical knowledge.\nQualifications\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nStrong interest in understanding both the business and technical aspects of the IT industry.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.\nBasic understanding of technology concepts and a willingness to develop technical skills.\nAbility to take
