This position is responsible for managing seasonal product collections, coordinating with internal teams and overseas vendors, and ensuring project milestones, product data, samples, and deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and takes ownership of projects to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment. This individual embraces and supports our in-person/on-site work culture and embodies our company values of Ownership, Collaboration and Respect.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nOwn and manage assigned seasonal product collections from concept through launch, ensuring all milestones and target launch dates are achieved.\nDevelop, maintain, and drive project timelines while coordinating with internal stakeholders and overseas vendors to keep projects on track.\nManage product development samples through ongoing communication and follow-up with overseas vendors.\nProactively identify project risks, delays, or obstacles and work with stakeholders to implement solutions.\nInput and update data into the ERP and/or Excel spreadsheets housing critical product information with accuracy and in a timely manner.\nMaintain the product database on a regular basis.\nGenerate detailed and accurate product data reports for product development team reference.\nPrepare, compile, and file product information in an organized manner.\nReview and identify product data discrepancies (including research and verification) for final resolution with manager.\nDevelop and maintain current knowledge of assigned product collections.\nLead cross-functional problem-solving efforts, ensuring timely identification, root-cause analysis, and resolution of product development challenges.\nProvide excellent customer service to internal departments inquiring about product information.\nPlan for and complete all product layouts and data sheets to support onsite marketing photoshoots.\nPerform additional administrative support duties and special projects as assigned.\nWhat we can do for you:\nPlay a pivotal role in our company’s transformation and growth\nAlign with a growing company that operates in the luxury market\nProvide training and career development opportunities\nEnjoy a high-paced and collaborative work environment\nEligible for up to a 6% employer 401(k) contribution following six months of employment\nTake advantage of paid time off away from work, including scheduled company holidays\nParticipate in competitive benefits and incentivizing programs\nTeam building company sponsored events\nEmployee discount and bi-annual sample sale\nRequirements\nMinimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive assignments from concept through completion.\nStrong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.\nHigh attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with overseas vendors.\nSelf-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nCritical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and adapt to changing priorities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.\nExperience maintaining and analyzing product data, technical information, or project documentation preferred.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting multiple deadlines and target launch dates.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\n· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
