Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Разработка функций для автоматизации операций сотрудников геологической, маркшейдерской, производственно-технической служб;
  • Формализация технических требований, системный анализ и проектирование компонентов системы;
  • Разработка функций для управления, контроля качества, анализа горно-геологических данных;
  • Разработка методики контроля качества кода, компонентов системы, автоматическое и ручное тестирование;
  • Разработка технической документации для системы и инструкции для администраторов;
  • Проектирование архитектуры приложений.
Мы ожидаем:
  • Опыт коммерческой разработки на Python от 3-х лет, включая сопровождение чужого кода;
  • Уверенный SQL (T-SQL как плюс): запросы, планы, миграции, права, транзакции;
  • Тесты, которые ловят регрессию, а не просто подтверждают реализацию;
  • Дисциплина в git и MR: одна задача - один MR, хотфиксы от релизной ветки;
  • Не меньше полугода ежедневной работы в Claude Code на реальном проекте с ревью и CI;
  • Умение вести правила и память проекта для агента: CLAUDE.md, навыки, записи решений;
  • Понимание LLM в продукте: вывод модели - недоверенный ввод, качество измеряется на наборе примеров, задержка укладывается в бюджет;
  • Готовность работать с целевой средой Windows (IIS, MS SQL, доменная авторизация);
  • Готовность работать в закрытом контуре: офлайн-зависимости, доступы по заявкам, проверки на стенде руками людей контура;
  • Ясный письменный русский: задачи, описания MR, инструкции для DBA, комментарии в коде;
  • Чтение технической документации на английском;
  • Знание Micromine или другое горно-геологическое ПО. Будет плюсом - PyQt / Qt; эксплуатация собственных моделей: ollama, vLLM, whisper; FastAPI, React, RabbitMQ; llm как компонент разрабатываемого сервиса.
