You’ll work closely with BDRs, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to build pipeline, run consultative sales cycles, and consistently deliver against revenue targets.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys talking to customers, understanding their challenges, navigating complex deals, and taking ownership from first conversation to signed contract.\nWhat you will be doing:\nOwn the sales cycle from discovery and qualification through negotiation and close. \nConduct consultative discovery and present solutions tailored to customer needs.\nBuild and manage a healthy pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM data.\nPartner with BDRs to convert qualified opportunities from inbound and outbound channels.\nBuild relationships with decision-makers and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals.\nCollaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve the sales motion and customer experience.\nMust-Have Experience:\n3+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.\nProven experience owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close.\nStrong consultative selling, qualification, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.\nExperience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers.\nStrong pipeline management and forecasting skills.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.\nStrong commercial mindset and fluent English.\nNice-to-Have Experience:\nExperience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, Creator Economy, Media, or AI.\nExperience selling to publishers, sports organizations, agencies, or global brands.\nExperience navigating complex enterprise procurement and multi-stakeholder deals.\nExperience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.\nExperience using AI-powered sales and prospecting tools.\nChallenges you'll face:\nArena operates at the intersection of AI, SaaS, MarTech, and digital engagement.
