If you enjoy solving problems, bringing structure to complexity, and turning data into action - then Arena is the company you're looking for.\nAbout the Role:\nWe’re looking for an Operations Manager to help scale Arena’s operations as the company grows.\nYou’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and leadership to improve processes, strengthen data and reporting, and ensure our revenue engine operates efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, and turning business priorities into execution.\nWhat you will be doing:\nBuild, operationalize, and optimize processes across the revenue lifecycle, from pipeline generation to customer retention and expansion.\nPartner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and leadership to improve alignment, efficiency, and execution.\nAnalyze revenue metrics, pipeline data, forecasts, and operational performance to identify risks and opportunities.\nBuild and improve reporting, dashboards, processes, and systems that support data-driven decision-making.\nLead cross-functional initiatives that improve revenue velocity, productivity, and operational efficiency.\nIdentify process gaps and implement scalable workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.\nSupport planning activities such as headcount, capacity, targets, forecasting, and operational planning.\nDrive key operational projects from planning through execution, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes\nMust-Have Experience:\n4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a similar role.\nExperience working in a B2B SaaS, technology startup, or high-growth company.\nStrong understanding of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and revenue processes and metrics.\nStrong analytical skills and experience working with pipeline, forecasting, revenue, and operational data.\nExperience building and improving processes, workflows, reporting, and business systems.\nStrong project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with leadership.\nHigh ownership, autonomy, problem-solving mindset, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.\nFluent English.\nNice-to-Have Experience:\nExperience with Salesforce, Pipedrive, BI tools, or other revenue systems.\nExperience with SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, AI, or Creator Economy.\nExperience with automation, AI tools, and no-code/low-code platforms.\nExperience with FP&A, compensation planning, headcount planning, or capacity planning.\nExperience working with distributed and international teams.\nChallenges you'll face:\nArena is growing at the intersection of AI, SaaS, MarTech, and digital engagement.
