As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, experimentation strategy, and long-term vision as we scale AI-powered experiences to millions of users globally.\nSometimes you're stuck in a job that doesn't make sense. Arena is the company you're looking for.\nWhat you will be doing:\nYou will run the end-to-end product lifecycle of Arena initiatives you are responsible for.\nCreate, communicate, and execute the roadmap and strategy to achieve the goals.\nDefine the right success metrics for features and products, along with the data needed to support them.\nLeverage user feedback to guide prioritization and improve product outcomes.\nOptimize the product funnel through growth initiatives and strategic integrations with external platforms.\nWork across multiple AI modalities, including conversational AI, voice, and video.\nLead product initiatives for Arena’s AI-powered experiences, including MyAvatar.AI, our new multimodal product that transforms user identity into personalized AI avatars.\nDesign and refine evaluation frameworks for AI-powered products.\nMust-Have Experience:\n5+ years of product experience, preferably in a SaaS platform software\nKnowledge of LLM, Generative AI technologies, RAG applications and agents.\nExperience in fast-paced start-up environments\nStrong organizational skills: prioritization, effective time management, conflict resolution, risk identification, and mitigation.\nExperience with Agile development process\nProven track record of taking products from concept to launch, delivering high-quality experiences end-to-end.\nNice-to-Have Experience:\nPrior software engineering experience or experience in developer-facing roles.\nExperience with real-time communication products.\nIndustry experience and familiarity with UI design and best practices, APIs, general programming languages and concepts, including web and mobile application architectures and components, and network effect concepts.\nTireless eye for detail and a demonstrated obsession with building great user experiences.\nAdvanced English (both written and spoken) and feel comfortable talking to native English speakers on a daily basis.\nBS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering,
