You’ll work closely with BDRs, Account Executives, Customer Success, Marketing, and leadership to improve sales execution, develop our outbound motion, and consistently deliver against revenue targets.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll coach the team, inspect pipeline, improve sales processes, and use data and AI-powered tools to help reps spend more time on high-value selling activities.\nWhat you will be doing:\nLead, coach, and develop BDRs and Account Executives to achieve sales targets. \nOwn pipeline generation, forecasting, and sales execution across inbound and outbound motions.\nBuild and improve sales playbooks, processes, messaging, and qualification frameworks.\nUse CRM data and sales metrics to identify risks, improve conversion, and drive performance.\nPartner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to strengthen the overall GTM motion.\nSupport strategic opportunities and leverage AI and sales technology to improve team productivity.\nMust-Have Experience:\n4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including experience leading or managing sales teams.\nProven track record of achieving revenue and pipeline targets.\nStrong experience with outbound sales, pipeline generation, and enterprise or mid-market sales.\nExperience building and improving sales playbooks, processes, and qualification frameworks.\nData-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance.\nExperience working with Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar CRM platforms.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nFluent English.\nNice-to-Have Experience:\nExperience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, Creator Economy, Media, or AI.\nExperience selling to enterprise customers, publishers, sports organizations, or global brands.\nExperience managing both BDR/SDR and AE teams.\nExperience using AI-powered sales and prospecting tools.\nExperience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.\nChallenges you'll face:\nArena is growing at the intersection of AI, SaaS, MarTech, and digital engagement.
