BI Full 6C (T4) Public Trust Required.\nJob Description:\nHow an AI/ML Document Processing Developer will make an impact:\n- Build AI unstructured data document scanning pipeline.\n- Process a variety of unstructured healthcare provider and health\ninsurance data files across many different document formats.\n- Extract key data elements to be used for business logic and data\nvalidation.\n- Convert unstructured document scanning results into useable\nstructured business data.\nWhat You’ll Need to Succeed:\nEducation:\n- Bachelor’s degree or higher\nRequired Experience:\n- 5+ years of experience developing RESTful services and event-driven\nbackends in AWS\nRequired Technical Skills:\n- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock or comparable LLM platforms,\nincluding prompt engineering, structured output, model selection,\nand token/cost management\n- Production experience with AWS: S3, Lambda, ECS/Fargate or Batch,\nECR, IAM, KMS, and CloudWatch\n- Experience developing RESTful services and event-driven backends\n- Strong Python, including concurrent processing for high-throughput\nbatch workloads\n- Document and text processing: PDF, DOCX, email formats; OCR using\nTextract, Tesseract, and/or similar tool\n- Relational and NoSQL databases, such as Postgres and DynamoDB, and\ncaching using Redis\n- Docker image builds and deployment through CI/CD such as Git,\nJenkins and/or GitHub Actions\n- Unit testing and code coverage using pytest and/or equivalent\nSecurity Clearance Level:\n- Candidate must be willing and able to obtain a CMS T4 Public Trust\nclearance.\nRequired Skills and Abilities:\n- Hands-on experience with agile development and tools, including JIRA\n- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas to\nvarious levels/skillsets, both internally and externally.\n- Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug\nfixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance.\n- Ability to multitask between multiple projects and both business and\ntechnical stakeholders.\nPreferred Skills:\n- Healthcare Service Industry or Center for Medicare and Medicaid\nServices (CMS) experience\n- Experience measuring and improving model output quality\n(ground-truth data sets, precision/recall, A/B comparisons, prompt\niteration based on error analysis)\n- Experience with hybrid architectures combining deterministic rules\nwith LLM inference\n- Experience handling PII/PHI under HIPAA or similar (VPC isolation,\nencryption, least-privilege IAM, audit logging)\n- Experince with Healthcare claims, insurance, or other regulated\ndocument workflows\n- Salesforce data integration\n- SQL analytics environments (Snowflake, Redshift) for pipeline\nreporting and validation\n- Infrastructure as code (Terraform, CDK,
